What time does spring start?

Yesterday was the official start of spring..... But only at 1.07am. Strange huh?

And...

• Summer will begin at 8.06pm on the 21st of June

• Autumn will begin at 11.51am on the 23rd of September

• Winter will begin at 7.08am on the 22nd December

• it's World animal day in the 4th October - why is that in my diary along with the birthdays of all the Dutch Royals?
