The official housewarming (not that there have been any unofficial) finally took place about 5-6 months after we moved in. A bit late I know.
Our camera decided to pack it in 2 hours into the "feest" - so, no silly drunk photos here. Just photos during the "gearing up" phase.
The theme for the evening was Easter. We had two different Easter Cocktails for everyone to try; lots of easter eggs and pin the tail on the rabbit. Our loungeroom was transformed into the main area with a dj. We shifted the couches into the front garden and had a fire going later in the evening.
Only really special friends were told that there was a second toilet upstairs .

No, we were not sponsored by "Bavaria" or "Golden Power"... My silent joke for the evening was the thought of "golden power" drinks in Australia. That name would never work, for fairly obvious reasons.
Next day I wasnt really an active member of society again until at least 4pm. Mixing the easter cocktail with beer was not my smartest move.
Probably be a lack of photos over the next while as we work on getting a new camera.
